Discover USC

Many of our residents had the opportunity to present their case reports/research at Discover USC.  We had 9 posters at the University of South Carolina medical scholars day on Friday.  The ED was well represented.  Overall it was a good experience for the residents and well received. 

2 of our posters won awards.  Travis Corriher  and Laura Nolting won 1st place for their Midline catheter  project poster.  Chris Poggi and Jim Lloyd won 3rd place for their helmet to helmet poster.

Dr. Neil Andrews (class of 2010) was involved in an accident recently and has a long road of recovery ahead. Neal is strong, determined, and resilient.
